I have lived in N.D.G. for the last 4 years. I absolutely love it! We are so close to downtown, yet we still have beautiful tree lined streets, parks and green spaces. The neighbours on my street are friendly and all the neighbourhood kids play together. It is a great community.

Mon quartier Ville-Marie, près de tout activité: culturelle et artistique, festivals, parcs et espaces certs, boutiques et commerces,restaurant. Distance pédestre du travail. Ce n'est pas plus bruyant que la banlieu et nous n'avons pas de festival de tondeuse à gazon ou de cris dans les piscines.

J'ai acheté une maison dans Notre-Dame-de-Grâce à la niassance de ma fille qui a bientôt 18 ans. J'ai chois ce quartier pour ses belles maisons anciennes,ses arbres et le bilinguisme. Ma maison a une très longue cours à l'arrière à cause d'une église au coin de ma rue. on fait même une patinoire chez notre voisin pour nos enfants. devant c'est la ville avec tous ses se4vices et derri`re c'est presque la campagne.

les points forts: proximité des lieux et des services, proximité de centre -ville et du métro, bien aménagé -parcs et terrains de jeux, des pistes cyclables en construction
les points faibles: prix plus chères que celles que je peux donner pour une demeure bien aménagée
