NDG is a great environment close to all amenities including grocery stores and the metro. The only con is that the roads are poorly maintained.

cote des neiges has parks galore, a mix of ages and cultures, all the kinds of stores and services you could possibly need and great libraries as well as hospitals. Parking is easier than downtown and yet you have everything you need and wish to enjoy.

Je vie dans ce quartier parceque la populations est jeunes et dynamiques, la proximmité avec l'université de Montréal, le montroyal et la rue cote des neiges où beaucoup de magasins son ouvert 24h/24

My neighborhood is wonderful! Im close to stores that are open 24 hours! The bus is 6 min away from downtown (heading south) and 10 min heading to work(north). There are restaurants almost everywhere with a huge variety to choose from. The con about my neighborhood I find is the city does not care to help clean it up. Whether wintersnow removal or garbage removal or spring clean up. I find Cote des Neiges one of the unlukiest neighbourhoods in the city. Very sad to say.
